Projects and Programs
Safe, Healthy and Resilient Community (SHReC)
This program aims to develop coping mechanisms, capacities, resilience, and connectedness to enhance community members’ mental health and well-being.
The program builds community resilience that facilitates mental illness, homicide, and suicide prevention by utilising leadership and communication.
The program encourages working with community leadership to engage and mobilise the community to promote and prevent homicide and suicide rates.
To maintain community interest, the community creates community champions who foster relationships and trust, raise the community’s relevance, and offer continuing resources and support to stay connected and solve its problems.

Community We Care (CWC)
The program aims to build safety and community resilience through education and campaign awareness. We expect the program to promote leadership in young people aged 15 to 25 who are involved in or attracted to criminal violence. In Victoria, there has been an increase in violent crime in the last 5years. The violence and crime ranged from a physical altercation, burglary, trespassing and damaging public or private property, generating many waves of panic and political debate.
We aim to promote Safer and Greater Victoria.
